Michelle Rodriguez claims that someone in the Quick and Angry family is jealous of her most recent accomplishment.

Rodriguez is the star in the upcoming movie Prisons and Mythical Beasts: Distinction Among Hoodlums, which will be released the following year.

Speaking with Amusement Weekly at San Diego Comic-Con, where the first trailer debuted Thursday, Rodriguez claimed that her co-star and friend Vin Diesel is genuinely enamored of her work in the movie because he adores the fantasy role-playing game.

Diesel, 55, was referred to as a “Prison Master” by Rodriguez, who also said that Diesel had all the equipment needed to play Dungeons and Dragons. He devotes a lot of his Dungeon Master techniques to producing and developing movies.

When asked if her co-star was interested, Rodriguez responded, “Better think it’s perfect. I can concentrate on his face now.

According to SyFy, Diesel has admitted to enjoying the game and the dreamlike world it represents at various gatherings. Even the preface to the book Thirty Years of Adventure: A Celebration of Dungeons and Dragons, according to the power source, was written by the comedian.

Diesel joked at a meeting with SyFy that he has “never” played the game prior to alluding to his long periods of involvement.

“No. I never play D&D. Oddly enough, they felt that I played D&D for a long while,” he said. “They felt that I went through years playing Savages, Witchunters, The Arcanum. They thought I played D&D, recollecting the ’70s when it’s just the essential D&D set. They thought I continued to play D&D when it became Progressed Prisons and Mythical beasts.”

The power source reported that he later mouthed, “I’m into D&D a tonne,” to the questioner.

In the main trailer for the next movie, Chris Pine is the driver of the group. He assembles a team that includes magic (Justice Smith), strength (Rodriguez), and fortitude (Regé-Jean Page), as well as Sophia Lillis’ incredible shape-shifting abilities as an owlbear, one of the most feared hunters in the D&D universe.

According to a plot summary provided by Paramount Pictures, the movie follows an “enchanting cheat and a band of improbable swashbucklers as they embrace a legendary heist to recover a lost artifact, but things go dangerously amiss when they cross paths with some unacceptable individuals.”
