Watch Vin Diesel Kiss Helen Mirren, Who He Is In Love With

Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart, get out of here! A new candidate for the title of Cutest Famous BFFs in Hollywood has emerged, and they have nothing to do with the X-Men. Vin Diesel and Helen Mirren were spotted on the Fast X set in Rome, and one photo even shows Diesel kissing his co-star and close friend.

The images are from Just Jared and feature numerous rooftop rooftop pictures of Vin Diesel and Helen Mirren. It’s unclear whether the cheek kiss was given during a break in production or was intended to be a part of the scenario. The latter is undoubtedly plausible because a surprising friendship between the performers has emerged behind the scenes. Below is a picture of Diesel kissing Mirren.

Of course, there’s a fair likelihood that the sequence includes a kiss between Helen Mirren’s Queenie and Vin Diesel’s Dominic Toretto. There was a big fan response to the idea that Mirren and Diesel should’ve kissed, albeit one more passionate than the one on the Rome rooftop, following her involvement in 2021’s F9: The Fast Saga. In response, Mirren remarked that “a really chaste kiss would be great,” and in the picture above, Diesel is seen giving her exactly that.

Vin Diesel undoubtedly appears to enjoy fueling fanship. Diesel had the actress’ shoulders in his arm as they relaxed in Rome in a photo he posted on Tuesday. When in Rome, he wrote as the photo’s caption.

You might not immediately think of Helen Mirren as someone who would agree to join the Fast and Furious franchise. The Academy Award winner fits the mold of the more dramatic films like 2006’s The Queen. However, the fact is that Mirren urged Vin Diesel for the opportunity, so she didn’t need to consent to join the Fast and Furious. Back in February, Mirren acknowledged that her pleadings to Diesel to appear in the Fast and Furious movies were “shameless.”Mirren elucidated. And, out of pure vanity, I really adored driving and yearned to take the wheel of a fast automobile on my own.

“Ask and you shall get,” as the proverb says, and Mirren wasn’t the only one who was fortunate enough to discover its validity. Brie Larson, who plays Captain Marvel, revealed in a February Uproxx interview that she had always wanted to work on a Fast and Furious movie. Two months later, Brie Larson was cast in Fast X, albeit the specifics of her character haven’t been made public. It seems that Vin Diesel had been paying attention.

Fast X has a large ensemble cast, and Mirren and Larson are just the start. Vin Diesel has recruited Jason Momoa, Daniela Melchior, and the franchise’s usual cast members in addition to persuading Charlize Theron to make a second appearance. Unconfirmed rumors even suggest that Justin Lin, the project’s director who quit and was replaced by Louis Leterrier, may have been broken by the project’s enormous cast. It is said that the cast salaries have caused the budget to soar, potentially topping $300 million, making it one of the most costly movies ever made.
